Faith, Reason, and Renewal: The Founding and Future of The Catholic University of America

The founding of our University was a bold response by the U.S. Catholic Church to Pope Leo XIII's call for a renewal of Catholic education rooted in faith and reason. This event explores out Leonine roots and how the Church embraced the vision of a national university to form a distinctly Catholic intellectual and spiritual identity. How is Catholic University distinctly advancing this mission within the modern landscape of high education?

Join Dean Joseph Capizzi of the School of Theology and Religious Studies and Dean V. Bradley Lewis of the School of Philosophy for this dynamic discussion.  

A reception will follow, offering an opportunity to reconnect with current and former deans, faculty, classmates, and friends.
