The Thaddeus Aubry and Leon LeBuffe Scholarship was established to acknowledge the work done to establish the Partnership Program, a minority scholarship program that began in 1969 to benefit promising young students from the Washington, D.C., area. This year's scholarship recipients will be celebrated as well.
