The deadline to receive a refund for any Cardinal Weekend registration event fees is September 17, 2025 at 5 p.m. EDT. Cancellation requests received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Registrations that occur after this date will also not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who do not attend an event. All cancellations must be received in writing by the stated deadline in order to be eligible for a refund.
